Would You Fire at Your Top 5 Developers?

If your one of your top five developers at sorscraft was working two jobs and somebody ratted them out, what would you do? Would you fire at them, or just double their salary? I have not thought about this. That's why i'm natyincause it makes it super ear your answer. If they were contributing, then i would think thatit's a genius move.
