The Texas Law on Content Moderation and Censorship
The Texas law makes it easy to sue social media companies for every possible content moderation decision they make. The idea is that you can't discriminate against someone on the basis of their viewpoint. There could pretty soon be what's called a circuit split between two federal apella courts, and the supreme court might weigh relatively soon.
