Millimeter wave is not a new technology. It's used in radar and communications and things like that. The gyrochron, which emerged in the 1950s as a tool for fusion research have matured to the point where you can actually buy them from many suppliers around the world. So I think one of those three things converge to make it technically possible and to make it necessary from an economic point of view. And the third one is simply the fact that the world truly does need to win a fossil fuels.
