The Carrots of Teaching

I genuinely enjoy the process of teaching whether it's through writing or teaching on, you know, online courses or having conversations. I think in my own weird mind I just get very, very bored, very quickly. So that's the carrot part and then the stick part is this fear of losing potentially a job at any point in time. My job is not guaranteed. And so there's the fear factor off I need to keep my skills sharp.
