Are the Uh Local Fiber Routers Resilient?

i haven't really understood the that bit of infrastructure at all do you know no i'm actually looking into this separately for another piece of planning next week but it seems the ball band networks are quite resilient in that. Each of the uh local fiber cabinets has got a battery back up inside it as has the virgin cabinets and there is some debate over how well maintained those batteries are within the cabinets. So it seems if you can get power into your home and get your ball band router back up and running in general you should be okay on most fiber to the cabinet lines.
