What Do You Mean by Productivity?
productivity is really personal to developers but it's also very context dependent right in terms of different projects. And so the first thing that we wanted was to change how people think and the way that they talk about productivity. We have a lot of caution around how those metrics are being used. But even then, I guess we were also hoping that it would shake up some of these myths, as I was mentioning,. It would also give some guidance to attempts that are made if there is an attempt to make a decision. What do you think is the most conversion to common definition or meeting of productivity when people come to you and ask them, ask you to help them measure it or understand it? So
