The Russians Wanted the European Gas Market
Gagaz Prohm's exports to Europe halved last year. Its revenues in January this year from gas sales to Europe at 50% down on what they were the previous year. Now there are some who believe that German industry would love to buy cheap gas again from Russia. With and when this terrible war comes to an end, we may see Russia selling more gas against Europe but it's not going to be on the same scale because people have lost trust.
