Establish yourself first, retain as mu control of any start up or acquisition and only then seek pastures new with partners in the pitcher. Ownership means never having to waste time sa sorry that a business didn't work out. The joys of delegation are among your most powerful weapons in getting rich. Almost everyone wishes to be respected. Bossy people and glory hounds are mostly interested in building a power base so they can have yet more people to boss around. I resent wasting a moment of it.
