The city of flint, michigan is nowadays probably best known for the water crisis that began in 20 14. A cost cutting decision to change the supply of water from lake huron to the flint river had devastating consequences for the population of flint. In addition to contaminates discovering thet water, it also contained toxic amounts of lead from the city's agin pipe network. reporter nick petridce howe has been talking to some folk from the city of flint,. The reason why the water had become so obviously bad, was due to a cost cutting decision tochange the supply of water between lake huron and the flint river.
