The ambush took place in the Iraqi city of Al Amara. A British sniper who was a mile away saw it all happen through his scope. CNN's John Sutter tried to obtain an after action report from the U.S. Army, but they wouldn't give him one. He says he has no idea how often government employees lie for FOIA requests.
