The Intermediate Mass Black Hole

Pilsis: We don't know for sure what it was but its behavior and its properties are very strange. He says there is no mechanism that can explain the formation of a black hole of that mass even super massive black holes we aren't quite sure how they were formed. Pilsis said he has been ridiculed by the scientific community which tends to be extremely conservative but I think it makes kind of sense according to him.
