The Role of the Experts in Pre-Sales

Sellers need to deliver a better way to accomplish what they're trying to accomplish than they even knew might was possible. As a seller, your job is you just need to be able to contribute something of value above and beyond what the buyer could find online. Tell me something I don't already know. And so, again, as a pre-sales engineer, as a seller, that is in my mind, is a pretty low bar.
