Jon Brather: Patience is critical as a pastor, especially as you 're looking to make changes and do new things in your church. How have you cultivated that o kind of patience in your heart in order to build trust? Jon Brather: I just want to remind us all what paul says to the thessalonians. That the christian life and ministry is waiting for the son from heaven. We should expect that we will have to be patient in our lives.
