The Yerkes-Dodson model is essentially named two pieces of it. It's the zero notice where you're a little bit flat and you have to right shift yourself in optimal. The other side of that, which is that something happens, you know, you have that enormous neurotransmitters. These are multiple skill sets that have to be deployed all the time here when talking about delegating.
