Introduction

Iranian authorities have made it nearly impossible to make or receive mobile phone calls between the hours of 4pm and 1am. Most Iranians connect to the internet through their cell phones, so people are having to be creative in how they get online. The regime's goal is twofold: To make it harder for protesters to organize and to prevent the outside world from seeing what is unfolding in Iran.
