The intention of identifying what's causing us taxation in the nervous system is then to use it to build resiliency system. Overconsumption of food, especially late at night, as you know, obviously not great for sleep, but it will tank HRV. If we could truly build that level of adaptation and resiliency to stress, then we're going to be better human beings in general.
