How to Be a Better Entrepreneur

If we don't change what we do, we're never going to change how we look and how we feel. Have a minimum standard in everything you do with your training. Even on the most high frantic week, you get three sessions in at 20 minutes. One works at an everything as we say to our clients. No one's that busy. They can't work out for one hour out, but 160 hours a week. I would love to see someone's calendar who challenges me on that. It's not going to help you.
