Resilience in my view is to take it and go through three questions. I call them the happiness flow chart. Question number one: What is what my brain telling me through? 90% of the time it isn't. The second question, if it's not true, by the way, drop it. Don't be unhappy about anything that doesn't make you,. That is not even true. If it is true, the second question is, what can I do to fix it? Okay. There's something you can do to fix that situation. This is where resilience comes in. And we need to teach our kids by example to show that level of resilience.
