The Benefits of Working With a Physical Therapist

When I first started running, I had shin splints, plantar fasciitis, knee issues, tight hips, tight glutes. Now I never get injured from running. My body biomechanics have kind of just fallen into this rhythm and adapted. So oftentimes when you like, when you notice something, try to look, okay, one of the opportunities for you to learn something new about your body. And it's an opportunity for me to learn.
