I think it's become quite clear what spooked the money man. It's that you had the big serving of chocolate cake, which was support for people's energy bills and not going ahead with the corporation tax increase. That is the big slice of cake that everybody knew was coming. The issue is that there was a big dollop of ice cream on the side as well - things like scrapping the 45P top rate of tax.
