The big banks are going to say, whoa, we're not going to take all this interest rate risk. And that's quite often what they'll do, they can use swaps to get rid of interest Rate risk. But on the other side of their balance sheet, they have liabilities and the issue bonds. A lot of their loans are floating rate, so they don't care. And the issue bonds and they also do swaps.
