A midterm rental is a guest staying at your house for more than 30 days. 28% of all Airbnb's revenue has come over the last two years has come from 28 days and a longer space. If you had somebody staying in your house for six months, or let's just say three months, that could be a $25,000 booking. So imagine being able to keep that extra cash in your pocket as opposed to giving it to somebody else.
