Action Regrets

We can bring those techniques to bear on our own problems, but we have to be deliberate and intentional about that. If you're stuck on a decision, ask yourself, what would I tell my best friend to do? And then do that. regret is a very negative emotion. People don't like to feel that way. With action regrets, we can find the silver lining. We can at least them. A good life is not precarious. Boldness is about the chance to learn and grow and do something. But enough is good enough for a heck of a lot of things.
