E catrina is executive director of the harlem junior tennis and education programme. T was a programme that was really struggling andd about to go under, if you will. I had not run a programme before, but i grew up in aproram, very similar to this in chicago. And so it's not something that i ever thought that i would be doing. But when i got the call 16 years ago, i i thought it was something that was near and dear to my heart.
