The Product Owner Is Not Doing the Testing
The question says the product owner has a very busy schedule and hardly has any time to test. And in my experience, the product owner should not be doing ca or testing. They should be validating that what the engineers built matches their expectation. So on one side of the spectrum, you have a strong ownership argument, and on the other side of the Spectrum, you have soft ro without bugs. Just ge yes, i wish i slept more than two hours last night. I want to say, stuffing, it's not coming out.
