I feel like we should be ringing bowls. I don't know why, but it was just, it was such and it's interesting, because i think if we focus here, where digestion also happens, i i worry about tat. Yo, a use your booty its or cores your hips, lat lats and clut yo. And then a posture, posture. Y a. He was actually a a fan of things that strengthened your back that peopletend not to do,. You know, good mornings and things like that. It was always nice to hear somebody like that confirm what you might be doing that not a lot of other people do.
