Nominations for the Board of Directors

The first order of business will be a reading of the minutes of the last meeting of shareholders. The next item of business is to elect directors. Warren Buffett, Charles Munger, Howard Buffett, Stephen Burke, Susan Decker, William Gates, David Gottesman, Charlotte Gaiman, Thomas Murphy, Ron Wilson, Walter Scott, and Meryl Whitmer are among those who have been nominated as directors. If you did not send in a proxy or wish to withdraw a proxy previously sent in, you may vote in person on the election of directors and other matters to be considered at this meeting.
