Reforming the Market for Agriculture Land
In 20, 30 years, we should be able to achieve what china did. The single biggest thing is liberalize the land market. Allow more people to buy and sell,. allow different modes o it need not be a a sale per say. It could be some form of a land bank that's formed such that, even if value accruws over time, a dividends from that, a crue, can go to old people who originally owned it. But yah, that's not just an agriculture problem, but a pan andear problem, liberalizing the land markets.
