The Hidden Emotion Technique - What Is It?

When something comes up that's upsetting to you and you feel like you're not supposed to have the kind of feeling that you're having, you automatically subconsciously sweep the problem under the rug. And then it comes out indirectly as a phobia, a panic attack, OCD. It can come out as virtually any form of anxiety. When I stumbled across this hidden emotion technique, suddenly the ones I was stuck with, most of them made breakthroughs and their symptoms disappeared completely.
