Cannabas Legal in New England?

I don't know how free it is in new hampshire, but i know it is here. It's notno o. The alot estates, especially up in this region have decriminalized it and or made it completely legal for recreationa use. I don't see many people actually making hemp paper though. Maybe i'm not looking in the right places often. And it does exist, but that's a crucial part of why the stuff was made illegal in the first place. That one acre of hemp can provide the same amount of paper as four acres of trees. So you could take away fossil fuels with hemp oil,. But we can't do that yet. We still use trees to
