Are You Not Eating Too Many Calories a Day?

Youth, a lot of this is driven by not being hungry or delaying onset of eating because they're maybe doing time restricted eating. And if we look at 1400 calories for the average active woman, that is pretty much their basal metabolic rate. So these women that I've been working with coming in at 1400 1500 calories, they need to eat another 1000 plus calories a day, depending on what their activity levels are.
