What Is Awe and What Does It Do?
Awe expands our sense of time and almost makes it go by a little bit slower, right? So it changes our perception of how we're occupying our time on the world. It takes us out of stress and anxiety mode, which is often constructive and narrowing. Meditators also have this when they experience the sensation of oneness. And one that i think is wonderful is just watching somebody completely in the zone perform at their best.
