The Nibelwerk

In 33 82, when alexis volke was seven five years old, he was hit by the nibelwerk. The niblwer is a kind of instant enlightenment. It gave people a new spiritual perspective on the universe due to being able to perceive new aspects of reality. This deepened awareness of the cosmos had an effect on society with a more spiritual outlook. People didn't need to be coerced by law and goverment. And so officials now were more like regulators than people wielding political authority.
