There are a subspecies of peeling nuts in Peppermint New Guinea. They grow in this really rich region in the south of the Philippines, it's called the Bicol region and it's in the Ring of Fire. The soil there is completely devoid of magnesium which is critical for bowel function,. It's also critical for sleep and it's critical for mood.
