The New Nuance Is a Conditional, if You Rest
Sulunda is a construction where normally you finish a verb with sudo, to do and then no des. So it's atamaga kuro sore atama ga kura kura. Sudo smy head gets dizzy, or i get dizzy. Atamaga cura kura, surun ta is oh, it's because my head getting dizzy. Now, instead of saying, suru no des, we just shorten this to surun da. That bit of a long winded grammatical explanation, but just learn it, ike, and you should sound more natural.
