I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't an effect that we already know about, that is kind of the analog of Brownian motion. And in fact, we're beginning to have some guesses. We have some evidence that black hole mergers work differently when there's discreet space. There may be things that you can see in gravitational wave signatures and things associated with the discreetness of space.
