The Relationship Between Neighborhoods and Rent
The best neighborhoods don't seem to correlate with rent, but not that positively. Biggest correlations are % of p adults in the neighborhood who returned their senses form. Little girls who move to neighborhoods with a lot of adult female scientists are more likely to become scientists themselves. Black boys who grow up in neighborhoods with lots of black fathers around have better outcomes on many dimensions. The other adults were exposing our kids to maybe having more of an impact than we sometimes think.
