How to Breathe Deeper

If you're noticing that your breathing really, really rapidly or in a shallow way, in a shallow manner, just try to take like five or six deep breaths intentionally. Take air in and then breathe out and just observe after that, what happens if something changes? Okay. Now I would even add that like recognize your breathing patterns just before or while you speak English. Like does something happen there when you go into let's say practice mode or maybe when you speak to someone that you feel comfortable with. So you want to recognize if your breath behaves differently in those situations as well.
