Is This an Upgrade to Andy Dalton?

Gary Carr is not quite Anthony Richardson, but he is definitely going to be starting for the Saints. I think obviously when you look at Dalton over the past, let's say three years, even maybe his last year in Cincinnati, it hasn't been as good as Carr has beenover the same time frame. Now, with that said, you could probably make the argument that it's the best supporting cast that Carr has ever had. So there's a lot of good things there. But the Saints keep going down this rabbit hole and the team just keeps getting worse around the quarterback position and the quarterback keeps getting worse from jubries.
