Sean's Company Charm Is Trying to Put Billions of Tons of Carbon Back Into the Ground
The company Charm is trying to grab that carbon before it goes back into the air. To do that, they go out into the fields after the harvest and chop the leaves and stocks up into tiny pieces. This turns the carbon in the plants into this thick, oily substance called bio-oil. Then Sean and his colleagues stick that bio- oil back into the ground where it stays more or less forever.
