Can You Outsource 90% of What You Do?

I feel like trying to explain what I need to someone else can take me longer than doing it myself. People tend to under invest in the pre project phase, so they don't spend enough time thinking about their startup idea or career path. There's a lot of value in sticking to something for at least a while and then going back into evaluation mode.
