Why Don't You Write an Amicus Brief to Submit to the Supreme Court?

I think in a way it gives the lie to this idea that this is about, that what they care about is diversity of thought, right? It's very, very difficult to show that those demographic forms of diversity are produced. I'm obviously interested in measurable outcomes, but to say that that produces a more diverse intellectual atmosphere or substantially more diverse atmosphere,. I'd be interested in studies that have tried to do that, but I haven't seen any. The interest in diversity full stop is just not there in terms of these universities.
