I Love to Test the Man Very Early
You don't have to make up a company. Typically i love to test the man very early. You can also contest some ballin because you see how much people are actually doing it based on it. And m really passionate about this. I love to walk on it in whatever capacity i have, and see how they respond. It may be a good way for you to lend a discipline soonas they say they had an interest in it. The experience of doing it will most likely push them forward.
