Meanwhile Pam gives Erin some relationship advice that results in her very public breakup with Gabe. We hear clips from the director and writer of this episode, Mindy Kaling! Mindy talks about what it was like to direct her very first TV episode and how she wrote both this episode and the first “Dundies” episodes in Season Two. In honor of Michael, Angela throws her own Dundies Award ceremony for the Office Ladies team which may have resulted in a “Longest Engagement” moment. And Jenna deep dives the sweet potato fry.
