Is There a Need for Fast Information Flow?
I always comes down to three things for me. The first one is to have transparency all the way through as much as it's possible from top to bottom. Other one is to give autonomy to teams. And the last one is to be accountable for what you do. It's just more like, hey, let's have an honest conversation about where the team is standing and then we need to pivot. I think your book really excels in this way for like the way that you're thinking about it.
