I Felt a Scarlet Creature in My Leg
I saw a shadow emerge from underneath the foot of my bed. It grabbed on to my right leg and began to pull. I screamed and kicked violently, as hard as my little body could manage. The creature dropped its arms and turned its head to the family bedroom. i pulled the covers around me and slunk into the farthest corner of my bed,. only to watch it dissolve into the pool of darkness and creep along the floor to the adjoining room. Next thing i remember is waking up with the sunlight hitting my face. My heart jumped into my throat. I hadn't dreamt it. I had seen it go into the other room. Maybe i had been dreaming. As
