Self Compassion Is Connected
The first step of self compassion is mindfulness. We need to be aware, recognize that we're struggling. If i've compassion for you, its lik hay, i've been there. I'm with you. It's not foor me. It's just remembering, hey, life is difficult for everyone. There's nothing wrong with me for struggling. You know, thiss, this is a human condition. We all lead imperfect lives.
