Judge Kyle Duncan of the Fifth Circuit was speaking at Stanford University Law School. He was shouted down during his speech and then interrupted by the head of DEI who proceeded to lecture him that he was doing harm to students. After a halfhearted apology, the woman who wrote this apology was met by a phalanx of students in silent protests. The climate on campus is one that should be about intellectual exchange and debate,.
