The Grammar of Torove

Torove has several interacting number systems none of which are ten this is okay binary base five base eight and base 24 all interacting it's the last one that gets me. One to have um um he has voice conveyance whole section on that uh i don't know there's a very there's a lot of stuff here it's not as in-depth as some languages we've done but it's fairly big well thought up oh dear does he use does he use base two or what?
