The Ethics of Open Source LLMs

The ethical and social implications of the usage of open source LLMs, I mean it's the same as something like someone entering a prompt on chat. You have to ensure that this training data has a little high quality rights. This is not going to be possible when you have open source LLM models,. which can be stored locally and trained locally on a laptop.
